First dentist trip

I went to this dentist for the first time. She checked my teeth and cleaned them. It hurt a bit because my gums were swollen. But she was really nice and kind to me. My teeth are now really clean and I make sure I brush twice a day everyday and now my gums are getting much better and not feeling sore. Mason (aged 9)

My FOREVER dentist!!

I was an extremely nervous patient to go to the dentist after previous bad experiences but now I’m comfortable and reassured to go to the dentist again! I’ve booked in with Paris for an emergency appointment after my tooth broke and having months of excruciating dental pain. The afternoon Paris fixed The broken to and Investigated into why I was in so much pain. I had three fillings done in the afternoon and going in as an extremely nervous patient I walked out and wanted to give Paris a big hug to say thank you for all the work she done and how comfortable she made me feel. Went to get a backfilling replaced and was very nervous to start with but from moment got there all staff where so welcoming and reassuring the dentist who did my filling her name was Paris she was so friendly and welcoming and talked me through the whole process making sure I was comfortable and ok throughout .. thanks to all and smile more and will definitely be going back 🙂

Felt perfectly safe visiting Smile for the first time since COVID precautions have been put in place. Protective screen, sanitising, temperature checker, and the team in full PPE. They have it all covered without losing that personal touch that you always get. Perfect service as always.
